Herman Power Tire did a fantastic overhaul on my brake system on my ol'2k7 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton Bighorn Hemi Pickup Truck today. Great communications from owners,front desk and mechanic, great service and great work. Got one new rotor with new caliber on one wheel and 4 new brakepads on all 4 wheels. The overhaul took care of other problems I dint even know existed with the braking ststem. Rides like a brand new truck. Parts and service reasonably priced. Also thanks to my Firestone credit card. Awesome local Company my fam and business been doing with them since the 1970's. Gracias.😁🏁Winning Company.

I don't even know where to start with them. When I first walked in first thing I must say is that their waiting area is very nice, but the service was AMAZING!! I was going to get my brakes inspected and got changed no problem. The employees/ crew was very nice and helpful. I recommend everybody to come here I know I will.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had such an incredible experience today, I felt others should know. With a very full day ahead of me with no margin for error, I had a caliper fail to retract on my Toyota 4Runner causing the breaks to heat up and SMOKE. Jerry was on it in five minutes, and I was in and out in an hour with a new caliper at a reasonable price. This was incredible customer service. Thanks to ALL at Herman Power Tire for going beyond what was expected.

I just wanted to thank Frank for his prompt response on Mar. 11 when my son called asking for help for me, his mother, who was trying to get home. Frank was waiting for me and had me fixed up before I knew it. I can't say enough wonderful things about how I was treated. Thank you Frank.
